Originally from Taipei, Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Babson College in Massachusetts.

Partner, Chief Investment Officer
Jiahao is the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of 3 Capital Partners. Jiahao chairs the investment strategy committee and is responsible for setting investment strategies for the firm.
Originally from Foshan, Jiahao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst®.
Jonathan M. Shelley
Partner, Chief Operating Officer
Jonathan is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of 3 Capital Partners. Jonathan is responsible for executing the firm’s business strategy as well as legal and operational matters.
Originally from Hong Kong, Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Law from the University of Edinburgh and an LLB from The College of Law in London.
Kelvin Pan
Strategic Partner
Kelvin is the Co-Founder and Strategic Partner of 3 Capital Partners. Along with Alex and Jiahao, Kelvin guides the firm to continuously refine and optimize on the operating model, as well as unlock new resources.
Originally from Changzhou, Kelvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Boston University in Massachusetts.
Austin S.Y. Su
Managing Director, Client Solutions
Austin is a Managing Director at 3 Capital Partners. Austin is responsible for leading new business initiatives and opportunities.
Originally from Taipei, Austin holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor’s degree with concentrations in Accountancy and Law from National Cheng Kung University.
Wilson Chow
Managing Director, Client Solutions
Wilson is a Managing Director at 3 Capital Partners and a member of the Client Solutions team.
Originally from Hong Kong and Taiwan, Wilson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.
Cynthia Ng
Portfolio Management and Analytics
Cynthia holds the position of Director, Portfolio Management at 3 Capital Partners. She is responsible for overseeing the portfolio management and investment operations activities at 3 Capital Partners and works alongside our CIO on formulating and implementing our investment strategy and framework.
Originally from Hong Kong, Cynthia holds a Master’s degree in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Cambridge, and a BBA (Hons) in Global Business Studies from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst®.
David Cheung
Portfolio Management and Analytics
David is an Investment Associate at 3 Capital Partners, and he is a founding team member of the firm. Along with the investment team, David is responsible for the day-to-day portfolio management activities and analytics.
Originally from Hong Kong, David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong.
Benedict Low

Benedict is a Vice President in the investment team at 3 Capital Partners and is responsible for private equity manager research and analytics.
Originally from Kuala Lumpur, Benedict holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hong Kong.

Client Onboarding and Account Servicing
Ruby is an Operations Associate at 3 Capital Partners. Along with the operations team, Ruby is responsible for the day-to-day business and investment operations.
Originally from Hong Kong, Ruby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Lydia Cheung
Fund Operations
Lydia is an Operations Associate at 3 Capital Partners and is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our fund vehicles.
Originally from Hong Kong, Lydia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hong Kong. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Marvin Hui

Marvin is a Portfolio & Operations Analyst at 3 Capital Partners and is responsible for supporting the day-to-day portfolio management and operational activities.
Originally from Hong Kong, Marvin graduated with First-Class Honors with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Information Systems from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Sally Lam
Business and Operations Management
Sally is the Office Manager at 3 Capital Partners and is responsible for the administration and day-to-day operations of the company.
Originally from Hong Kong, Sally holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and a BBA (Hons) from the University of Lincoln. She is also an associate member of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI).
